At an NBC Sunday service, you can find Ryan up front surrounded by the youth. Ryan's personality is  lively, enthusiastic, exciting, energetic, and exuberant... any of a mouthful of words that would leave most people gasping for breath. As NBC's Youth Pastor, his personality is being imprinted upon the young lives around him every day. This is evident in the celebration they bring to the music and songs of worship.

What motivates Ryan is watching the transformation of people coming from hurt and broken lives as God reveals His image in them. Ryan's vision is for World Changers to grow and that the youth involved will grow as well, not only in numbers, but in the ability to let God work through their lives into the lives of so many others.

Ryan credits his wife, Lisa, as one of the main reasons they are both in ministry today.
